Start
Set goals. Get information from your superiors about your goals so that you know exactly where to direct your forces.

Stay away!
In every enterprise there is someone who likes to gossip. Identify such people, keep a safe distance from them, and do not engage in gossip.

New employees like to talk about how they solved a problem in the past. Nobody cares. Forget the past and deal with today's problems.
Be friendly
Take some time to get to know new co-workers as well as "the right people". The right people are those who organize the day-to-day work: secretaries, assistants, management assistants, bureau chiefs, whose opinion others care about.
Listen
Listen more, talk less. Be attentive and listen to your colleagues, clients, partners. Getting along with people in little Latvia is very important.
Don't say no
Don't turn down assignments that can teach you something new. Try and experiment to develop new skills.
Being late
It is forbidden to be late for the first 90 days. They notice it.
Exceed expectations!
At your disposal 40 hours a week to cope with the main duties. Then it starts to exceed expectations, which will secure your place on the career ladder.
Know your limit
Take work home? Many people in Latvia have a habit of overcoming difficulties by working even harder. Do not forget that, from time to time, you need to blow off steam and make room for new ideas.
Elusive Targets
The first 90 days are just the foundation of your career. Do not dream that in the first months you will make a revolution in the enterprise. Success accompanies only those who are ready to work for it.
