Chaprags (ornaments)

Chaprags are copper ornaments, i.e. clasps consisting of two halves joined to each other. They are usually decorated with a geometric pattern: concentric circles, stars, etc. Buckles were well preserved in Hutsul style. They were used for stringing beads and belts. Google was also pinched by chepragam. In the Cossack times, they were used to fasten the upper shoulder clothes (kireyu).
